Printer Support

If you have a technical issue with a Toshiba or Sato label printer we have the expertise to help. We can diagnose many faults over the phone and quite often resolve them without the need for an engineer.Should an engineer be required then this level of support can be of great benefit as having diagnosed the issuecorrectly prior to an engineer’s visit means most times only one visit is required as the engineer is fully prepared for the issue at hand.

Software Support

Having difficulties setting a label design up or getting the printer to print correctly then give us a call. Our remote support options offer a dedicated software engineer to take control of your PC with your permission and not only resolve the issue but explain exactly what was needed to rectify the problem.

Engineer Visit

We can visit your premises to try to resolve any software and hardware issues you may be experiencing with your labelling machinery. Having expertise in both hardware, software and consumables makes us an ideal candidate in resolving any printer related problems that cannot be resolved over the phone. We pride ourselves on being able to resolve your issues promptly and professionally without multiple visits.

Staff Training

RL Solutions can provide training to your staff on all levels of labelling solutions.We can offer onsite training for up to 4 pupils at a time or remote based training whereby one of our training staff with your permissionshare control of your computer providing a one to one dedicated consultation.
